What is the minimum plot size required to be owned?
The minimum size is 10,890 sq.ft. or 1/4 of an acre.
Can we build a farm house?
Yes, you can build a farm house but not more than 30% of your total land area.
What about security and maintenance of the gated community?
We manage and maintain the farms for you at a nominal charge variable to each project.
Do you provide any revenue generation model on agriculture?
No we do not provide any revenue from the farm and it’s strictly grown for personal consumption.
Can the land be commercialized like an Air B&B?
Commercial activity of any kind is strictly prohibited in any of our projects.
Do you help with construction?
Our construction company can help you construct your farmhouse according to your choice.
